Love my toy, it's so powerful. Wasn't sure whether to get it or not at first but now I'm glad that I did because I couldn't live without it now.

Are saucy sex parties the key to a strong marriage?

Swinging isn’t everyone’s thing, but one couple from England are still mixing up their love life way into their 70s. Ian Smith and Jean Smith are said to be the country’s oldest swingers. They insist that they have no plan of stopping their partying soon. In fact, they are adamant that sex parties have helped to keep their marriage going strong for so many years.

The couple get in touch with swinging partners through an internet site before going off to separate rooms for steamy romps. While the grandparents admit their children are embarrassed about what they do, the couple believe it to be a healthy pastime. ‘It’s why our relationship is so strong,’ says Ian. ‘We trust each other implicitly.’

Swinging with vibrators

Swinging is an underground culture that not many people talk about, but which some reports suggest a lot of people take part in. In America it is believed that millions of couples regularly swing. Some swingers use sex toys as part of their activities. Vibrators can be a way for swingers to pleasure a partner that they aren’t married to, without having full-on sexual intercourse.

Swinging isn’t for everyone and a lot of people are uncomfortable with the idea. For many people sex is an emotional, as well as physical, activity and sleeping with strangers when you’re already married could jeopardise your emotional well-being.

One thing that will not jeopardise your well-being is using a sex toy or vibrator. Studies show that using sex toys can alleviate stress and anxiety, and of course, they are a great means of overcoming sexual frustrations.
