How do vibrators work?

Vibrators contain an electric or battery powered motor that produces vibrations. When the power is turned on the vibrating motor is activated, creating vibrations.

Why are there different styles of vibrators?

Vibrators come in different styles because people like to use them in different ways. For example, a clitoral vibrator is designed to stimulate the clitoris while a G-Spot vibrator is designed to stimulate the G-Spot. There are many different styles to choose from and some vibrators even combine two or more different styles. Are there any hidden costs when buying from VivaVibrators?

No, there are no hidden costs, you only pay for the item and for delivery - nothing more, nothing less.

What is the delivery Charge?

UK Next Day Delivery costs £5.95. This is guaranteed Next Day Delivery if the order is placed by 4pm. If your order is placed after 4pm, you will receive your order in 2 days.

European Next Day Delivery costs £8.95 and is guaranteed Next Day Delivery if the order is placed by 4pm. If your order is placed after 4pm, you will receive your order in 2 days.

Delivery to North America costs £8.95 and is guaranteed in 3 to 7 days.

What is your security policy?

VivaVibrators is committed to customer privacy and security. Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection.

When will my Order arrive?

All UK & European orders placed before 4pm (Mon-Thurs) will be arrive the following day before 1pm. Orders placed after 4pm will arrive in 2 days. Orders placed on a Friday or Saturday will arrive on Monday. Orders to North America will arrive in 3 - 7 days.

Will my order be discreetly packaged?

All products are dispatched by us and are packaged discreetly to ensure safe, untampered arrival to your door. Your order will arrive in a UPS bag with no details of our website or the parcel’s content displayed.

Do I need to be home to sign for it?

Yes, UPS requires a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to perhaps a work address for convenience.

What if I am unable to be at home when UPS attempts delivery?

UPS will leave your parcel with a neighbour. Do remember that your parcel will be in a UPS bag with no details of our website or the parcel’s content displayed - this is to ensure maximum discretion.

I placed my order a few days ago, why has it not arrived?

Which Credit/Debit cards do you accept?

At present we accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and American Express. To keep your order discreet the payment will appear as Hexpress Ltd on your credit / debit card statement.

Why do you need my phone number on the order form?

We may need to contact you if there is a problem with your payment or for other security issues regarding your order.

Are my personal details safe with you, or will I start getting unsolicited email/post?

We object to spam, and assure you that your details will not be used for such activities.

Can I pay by Cheque / Postal Orders?

Yes. Please make cheques / postal orders payable to Comfort Click Ltd. Please allow a few more days for delivery due to payment clearance. Please place an order as normal however, please enter fictitious card start and end date, enter card number as '0000' (four zeros) and enter Name on Card as Cheque or Postal Order accordingly. Then, once you are emailed confirmation of your order, get the order number and put it on the back of your cheque / postal orders.

Will VivaVibrators show up on my credit / debit card statement?

No, the payment will show up as "Comfort Click Ltd" on your statement to keep your order discreet.

In which currency will my card be charged?

Payment will be taken in GPB for the value of the product at the time that the order was placed.

Can I use more than one card to place an order?

Yes. If for any reason you need to split the cost of your order across 2 cards, this can be arranged. You will need to contact our customer service team so that they can process this transaction for you. You can contact them via phone 0207 084 7597 or via email on enquiry@vivavibrators.co.uk and they will be able to split the cost of your order over your 2 selected cards.
